Sugar Lakes is a great community of 600 homes located in Sugar Land, Texas. We are located just off US-59 South of Houston. Amenities include beautiful lakes and a recreational facility that features a clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis courts, playground, softball field and basketball court. There is also a city park in the neighborhood.
 
The Sugar Lakes Homeowners Association is managed by a Board of Trustees, elected by the residents. Administrative services are provided by Sterling Association Services, Inc.

Sugar Lakes - National Night Out

Hi Sugar Lakes Residents!

 

Tuesday, October 3 is National Night Out!  After you stroll through your street to meet your block neighbors, make your way to the Landing (930 Sugar Lakes Drive) to visit our community-wide National Night Out Event which begins at 7 PM.  On a rotating basis, we expect to see representatives from the City of Sugar Land along with members of the Sugar Land police and fire departments.  Additionally, many of your neighbors who volunteer for our community either on committees or the Board of Trustees, will be available to talk with about your questions or concerns.  

 

A food truck will be available for all homeowners should you wish to purchase dinner for your family or yourself.  The food truck will be at our event from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM.

 

Parking:  The parking lot to the Landing will be temporarily closed and only emergency vehicles will be permitted to enter.  In that way, a safe environment for pedestrians will be maintained.  Parking will be available along Kingfisher Drive or along the right lane of Sugar Lakes Drive.  Of course, consider walking or pedalling your way to the Landing.

City of Sugar Land - Update On Storm Debris Removal

The first pass of storm debris collection was completed on Sept. 15.  If your storm debris was not collected, please contact the Solid Waste Division at 281-275-2450 or email solidwaste@sugarlandtx.gov.  The debris contractor will begin the second and final round of storm debris collections on Sept. 20. 

Storm debris is any item (carpet, furniture, dry wall, etc.) that was damaged during Hurricane Harvey.  All items must be placed at the curb by 7 a.m. and comply with the following guidelines identified in the Disposal Directory.  Please do not place items near a fire hydrant, mailbox or any other object that can be damaged. 

The debris contractor is not able to collect hazardous materials such as paint and chemicals.  Residents need to utilize the City's Household Hazardous Waste collection to properly dispose of items: http://www.sugarlandtx.gov/1170/Household-Hazardous-Waste

For your convenience; you can access your account balance, your assessment amount, payment information, and your account contact information thru Sterling Association Services at www.sterlingasi.net, you will need your Account Number and Password in order to access your account, if you do not have that information, please email Becky Salinas at bsalinas@sterlingasi.com and she will be able to provide you both information.
 
The website has two tool bars which have beneficial information for homeowners. One tool bar is related to your community association information and the other to your individual information.
 
Below are some of the more commonly used features:
  • By clicking on the “Home” tab, located on the top tool bar, you will find your most commonly used resources such as your pool forms, bylaws and restrictions, helpful links, community event calendar, and other useful resources.
  • To see if your assessment payment has been posted or for a history of past payments look under the “Account Detail” tab which can be found on the second toolbar.
  • The “Account Link” tab allows you to link multiple properties that you may own under the same log in.
  • The “Architectural” and “Compliance” tabs provide you with a history of past letters and applications and allow you to respond directly to the support personnel associated with that function.
  • The “E-Payment” tab informs you how to pay your assessments on-line.
  • The “User Profile” tab allows you to update your contact information and subscribe to receive information online.
